Provisional Psychologist (BPsychSci, MPsych)
Primli is a dedicated and compassionate Provisional Psychologist with a strong academic background in clinical and counselling psychology. They hold a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Calcutta and are currently completing a Master’s in Counselling at Queensland University of Technology. With experience in child, adolescent, and adult mental health, Primli is committed to providing evidence-based, client-centered support that empowers individuals to achieve mental well-being.
Primli has worked across clinical, hospital, and community settings, providing psychological assessments, therapy, and behaviour support interventions. They are experienced in administering cognitive and functional assessments, including WISC-V, WAIS-IV, ABAS-3, and WHODAS 2.0, and implementing therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
With a strong passion for early intervention and neurodevelopmental support, Primli has worked with children and young people facing autism, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, and trauma. Their approach is holistic and strengths-based, integrating play therapy, behavioural interventions, and emotional regulation strategies to help children thrive in their daily environments.
