Pearce graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland. Prior to commencing his own therapy practice, Pearce worked for Child and Youth Mental Health Services and the Department of Education and Training as well as working in Private Practice. This is where his interest in the field of developmental disorders and mental health developed. Pearce most recently, has completed his Graduate Certificate of Applied Mental Health Studies (Child and Adolescent) and will continue his studies to complete his Masters.

Pearce is passionate about supporting young people and their families in a fun and engaging way to support the developmental of their individual goals and support needs.  Pearce has a special interest in supporting young people and their families with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
