Clients who are referred to the services after their 18th birthday are assessed on an individualised basis.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice (less than this will result in the cancellation policy applying). This allows us to offer the slot to another family on our waitlist.
