Senior Speech-Language Pathologist (BSpPath, CPSP)

Courtney is a highly experienced Senior Speech Pathologist with a passion for empowering children with speech and language difficulties, developmental delays, and disabilities. Since earning her degree in 2014, she has worked extensively across the disability sector, providing early intervention and ongoing support for individuals of all ages.

With a strong background in NDIS, Medicare, and private health funding, Courtney delivers individualized, evidence-based therapy in clinic, school, and home settings. She is particularly skilled in AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication), including speech-generating devices, PODD, PECS, and Proloquo2Go, helping children with complex communication needs find their voice.

As a Senior Speech Pathologist, Courtney plays a key role in mentoring and supporting new and early-career speech pathologists, offering clinical guidance, professional development, and hands-on supervision. Her leadership ensures that the next generation of therapists is equipped with the skills and confidence to deliver high-quality care.

Born and raised in Ipswich, Courtney is deeply committed to her community and takes pride in making a lasting impact on local families. She believes in collaborative, family-centered care, working closely with parents, educators, and other health professionals to support children in reaching their full potential.
